Our trip to universal was great! We ate at NBC sports grill twice! Our food was so good the first time we came back again this evening! We gave our waiter Allen too big of a tip by accident and he came back to give us our money back! Very honest!! He was awesome, kept our drinks filled and suggestions for food was great! Will be back next year for sure!

Let me start out by saying, wow. We made reservations and got seated right away. Absolutely Delicious food! We ordered the fire grilled wings with the sweet and spicy bourbon sauce. I couldn't get enough of the sauce!! It was more sweet than spicy but it was delicious! We also ordered the smoke house stacked burger and that was also very tasty!! Our server was very friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Great food and atmosphere. If you want to get out of the Florida heat and want to watch some games and enjoy great food you have found the right place. Everything we ate was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised because the rating wasn't very high. I'm not sure what the issue was because this place rocks. Chicken fingers are HUGE, crunchy, and perfectly fried. We all loved the fries-best I've had in a long time. Calamari was real calamari with tentacles and body (none of the fake frozen stuff), so I was envious of my son's plate... I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious, seasoned and grilled perfectly. Lastly my hubby had the club and it was just right. Didn't walk past this place.. Stop in for a cold beer and some good food

Had a great time at Universal with my work friends. The place is huge and super chill, with these fun soccer ball games built right into the tables - pretty cool way to pass the time while eating!The food was incredible. Everything was so good I couldn't even finish my plate. They've got tons of beer options and even solid vegan food (my friend loved it). The servers were friendly and helpful too.Definitely coming back. This place is a winner.

From the moment we walked in the hostess Amanda set us promptly. And then our server Jenna was exceptional. She had attention to detail she made sure the order was correct she was patient and she gave off a warm vibe I would recommend this place to anyone that’s coming to the Orlando area by far the best restaurant in my opinion next to the voodoo donuts and Universal Studios thank you again for your exceptional service please ask for her and she will take care of you

Great food! One of my daughters is gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. The head chef personally visited our table to make sure her food allergy request was fulfilled.

My first visit to this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to JP, our incredible server. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel like royalty with his attentive, personable and pleasant service. He even went above and beyond to surprise my daughter with a delightful birthday brownie, making her special day truly unforgettable. The food was equally impressive. The calamari was a standout—perfectly prepared with none of the heaviness or greasiness you might expect from fried dishes. The freshness of the ingredients was unmistakable. And then there were the burgers! Their Wagyu beef burger was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. If you're planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for JP. His exceptional service will elevate your dining experience to a whole new level. This place has truly set a new standard for me!

After visiting Universal for years, we finally made it here to eat... three times in the same week! . The atmosphere and the service can’t be beat. Stephen, Julia, and Chris the manager were all great to us. Thanks for the delish pretzel, pulled pork, burger, and brownie. Yum!
